Gebruiksvoorwaarden
1. Over Nudge
Nudge is software voor Windows van 12ccApps, Libanonweg 12C, 3061 KH Rotterdam, KvK 42193092 ("wij"). Door Nudge te installeren of te gebruiken ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
2. Gratis, proefperiode en Pro
Na installatie kun je 14 dagen alle functies gebruiken. Daarna blijft een gratis versie met beperkte functies beschikbaar. Met een Pro-licentie (maand, jaar of lifetime) gebruik je alle functies op maximaal 3 pc's tegelijk. Een licentie is persoonlijk en mag niet worden doorverkocht of gedeeld.
3. Betalen en opzeggen
Aankopen lopen via Creem, die als verkoper (merchant of record) optreedt. Daarvoor gelden ook de voorwaarden van Creem. Abonnementen worden automatisch verlengd tot je opzegt. Dat kan op elk moment via "Abonnement beheren" in de app of via de link in je aankoopmail. Je houdt Pro tot het einde van de betaalde periode. Een lifetime-licentie geldt zolang Nudge wordt aangeboden en ondersteund.
4. Herroepingsrecht en terugbetaling
Omdat je Nudge eerst 14 dagen gratis kunt proberen en de licentie direct na aankoop wordt geleverd, stem je bij aankoop in met directe levering. Je ziet daarmee af van het wettelijke herroepingsrecht voor digitale inhoud. Ben je toch niet tevreden, mail dan binnen 14 dagen na aankoop naar [email protected]. We helpen je graag en betalen in redelijke gevallen terug.
5. Geen medisch advies
Nudge geeft algemene herinneringen voor gezonde gewoontes. Het is geen medisch hulpmiddel en vervangt geen advies van een arts of fysiotherapeut.
6. Aansprakelijkheid
Nudge wordt geleverd zoals het is. We doen ons best om het betrouwbaar te laten werken, maar garanderen niet dat het altijd foutloos werkt. Onze aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat je in de 12 maanden vóór de schade voor Nudge hebt betaald, behalve bij opzet of grove schuld.
7. Wijzigingen en recht
We kunnen deze voorwaarden aanpassen. Bij belangrijke wijzigingen laten we dat op deze pagina weten. Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

1. About Nudge
Nudge is Windows software by 12ccApps, Libanonweg 12C, 3061 KH Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 42193092 ("we"). By installing or using Nudge you agree to these terms.
2. Free, trial and Pro
After installing, you can use all features for 14 days. After that, a free version with limited features remains available. A Pro license (monthly, yearly or lifetime) unlocks all features on up to 3 PCs at once. A license is personal and may not be resold or shared.
3. Payment and cancellation
Purchases are handled by Creem, acting as merchant of record. Creem's terms also apply. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time via "Manage subscription" in the app or the link in your purchase email. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period. A lifetime license is valid for as long as Nudge is offered and supported.
4. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Because you can try Nudge free for 14 days first and the license is delivered immediately after purchase, you consent to immediate delivery when buying. In doing so you waive the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content. Not happy anyway? Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We're happy to help and will refund in reasonable cases.
5. Not medical advice
Nudge gives general reminders for healthy habits. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a doctor or physiotherapist.
6. Liability
Nudge is provided as is. We do our best to make it reliable but do not guarantee that it will always work without errors. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Nudge in the 12 months before the damage, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. For significant changes we will say so on this page. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
